📍RALEIGH NC Booking Information: All clients are required to book their own appointment. No appointments will be booked through DMs or Text. All appointments are subject to approval. Appointment is not accepted until you receive a confirmation email. Buy Now Pay Later: Please contact me via text to get set up. Recreated Sets: Choose the set that you would like recreated. Shape and length shown (smedium is longest length) in pic is what you will receive. You may switch up the colors, but please send selection after booking. Failure to send colors before appointment will result in set being the colors of the pic chosen. Please keep in mind sets will not be exact but similar. Sets do not come with charms or gems. Acrylic Toes: Please come with clean healthy feet (toes). No left over polish or acrylic. I will not work over any nails that are humped, curved, discolored, thick, damaged or show signs of fungal infection. Please come with a decent toe nail length for better results. Appointment will be canceled and retainer forfeit if you have any of the listed. Wet pedicures are not offered. Dry pedicures only. Dry Pedicures: A dry pedicure is a pedicure without the foot soak. Dry pedicures are considered more hygienic because it eliminates the risk of bacteria and fungi from foot baths. What’s Included? Callous Removal, Sugar Scrub, Foot Mask and Softening Oil. Fill Ins: All hand and toe fill ins should be scheduled 3-4 weeks post service. If it has been longer than 4 weeks, please book for a soak off and new set. Referral Program: Receive $5 off of each client referral. Ensure your referral includes your name in the booking forms referral box. Loyalty Program: After your 5th appointment, you will receive 50% off a full set. Please make sure to bring your loyalty card to your appointments. Cancellation Policy

Retainer & Payment Options: All services require a non refundable retainer fee that goes towards your service. Retainer may be transferred only once when you reschedule 48hrs prior to your appointment. Methods of payment accepted includes cash (please bring exact amount as I do not keep cash on hand), card on file, Zelle (9198102877), Apple Pay or Tap to Pay. Late Policy: Please understand that late arrivals interfere with following clients. Please be mindful and arrive on time as I do have a 5 minute grace period. After the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule online with another retainer. No Extra Guest: Please come alone as space is limited. 48hr Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48hrs of your scheduled time by using the confirmation email. Same Day Cancellations or Rescheduling: Your appointment will be canceled and you will need to rebook online. Retainer is void. No Call No Shows: All no call no shows will be banned from future bookings. Customer Satisfaction: There is a strict no refund policy. Please make sure to address all concerns before leaving your appointment.
