To maintain the health of your natural nails, it is recommended to book your fills a full 3 weeks post appointment. To maintain a consistent schedule, it’s recommended to book your 3 week fill in before leaving your appointment. Request for maintenance after a full 3 weeks will be charged accordingly for a rebalance. New Clients: Please make sure to show up with bare nails/toes unless you have booked a foreign fill or foreign removal. Non Refundable Retainer: All services require a non refundable retainer which is applied to your total. Cancellations/Reschedule: A minimum of 24hrs is required for all cancellations/rescheduling. When you reschedule within this time frame, you may use your retainer towards a new appointment just once if booked within the same month (please use your link in email confirmation). Retainer is void if you cancel last minute (if you can no longer reschedule with email, you are outside 24hr time frame) and you will need to schedule a new appointment online with a new retainer. Late Arrivals: All appointments are time based. Please be respectful of my time and be on time. Arriving late may result in a cancellation, retainer will be void and you will need to rebook online with a new retainer. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Christina Mari has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
